Dan Stewart

Dolbier Floor Care and Restoration is now in its third generation of family operation. The company was begun in 1978 by Bill Dolbier with one portable cleaning unit and a great vision. Dan Stewart is the third generation to run and operate the company.

Lacey Hicks – Office Manager

Lacey joined the Dolbier crew in early May of 2023. She started out as the office assistant and has now transitioned into the office manager. Lacey works hard to provide the best customer experience possible when you’re dealing with a home emergency or just general cleaning issues.

Cameron Taylor – Jobs Manager

Cameron came to work with the Dolbier crew at the young age of 17. He began as a carpet technician in January of 2007 and with hard work and dedication, he is now the jobs manager. Cameron is an exceptional leader and a great asset to Dolbier.

Leah Hampton – Office Assistant

Leah joined the crew in July of 2025. This is her first office job, but she is already a natural and fits right in. For any of your rug or carpet cleaning needs give us a call, Leah is ready to get you scheduled.

Harrison Colson – Project Manager

When Harrison came to work for Dolbier in August of 2022, he was already certified in the mitigation/restoration field. His previous experience has proven extremely beneficial in his growth within the company.

Brandon Beers – Project Manager

Brandon came to work at Dolbier in January of 2023. He began as a technician and with hard work he is now one of our project managers.

Dale Ellis – Oriental Rug Specialist

Dale came to work with Dolbier in September of 2003. He has been instrumental in the growth of the business over the years. There is no one more knowledgeable about the care and cleaning of your rugs than Dale. As the longest running employee, Dale is the best of the best.

Derrick Bond – Carpet Specialist

Derrick has been with Dolbier since May of 2013. His specialty is carpets, but he is also well versed in the operations of our mitigation/restoration side. If you can’t find him freshening up someone’s carpets you can always find him helping on the mitigation side.

Hunter Stewart – Lead Technician

Hunter is the 4th generation of Dolbiers to work for the family-oriented company. He is dedicated to learning all the ins and outs of the business so that he can become the best leader he can be.

Andrew Matheson – Lead Technician

Andrew has been with the Dolbier crew since early September of 2024. As a lead technician on our mitigation/restoration side, Andrew works hard to ensure that our team members strive to be the best of the best on every jobsite.

Mason Stewart – Technician

Mason is also a 4th generation Dolbier working with the company. Like his brother, Mason is dedicated to learning all he can about the business. These two guys make the Stewart and Dolbier names very proud.

Rick Doty – General Contractor

Rick grew up in Cheraw SC.  He graduated from Appalachian State and has been a general contractor in Boone for the past 25 years. Rick heads up the repair division for Dolbier Restoration.  Rick loves to play golf in his spare time.

Lisa Doty

Lisa graduated from the Univesity of Colorado – Boulder in 1992 with a BS in Journalism / Public Relations.  Lisa worked for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division as the Public Affairs Director for ten years until moving to Boone in 2007, where she worked as the Recyling Manager for Watauga County until July 2014 when she came to work for Dolbier Disaster Restoration.

Jason Miller – Repair Estimator

Jason is a life long resident of Watauga county. He graduated from Watauga High School in 2001.   He attended Appalachian State with a degree in Communications and Advertising.
